Here in Australia, markets in Sydney, Melbourne, Byron Bay and other locations are completely f*&ked, and people still obsess over real-estate investing, without realising that they are contributing to the problem.
I ask myself how the f&$k can you justify forking out over US$2M (equivalent) on median house prices across various suburbs in Sydney?
Supply and demand, they say. Yes, perhaps. However, I still think people have lost their minds.
