Perhaps you're not keen on covering alcohol here, but I wish more knew about the major difference between conventional and organic wine (ideally ACO or NAASA certification for Australia) and how the latter helps contribute to far less pesticide usage.

Not just better for us, but the natural environment in general (particularly pollinators).
