Propy (PRO) and fractionalised real estate. This will be a significant space to watch, particularly as smart-contracts platforms improve, such as having cheaper and faster transactions.
My other four would be IOTA (MIOTA), Arweave (AR), Fantom (FTM) and Travala (AVA).
It's hard to pick five as there are plenty of fantastic alts out there.
