Scott clearly couldn't be f*&ked looking at Bitcoin's circulating market cap of ~$1.2 trillion (at least three days ago when this was written) and divided 1/1,200 i.e., $1 billion out of $1.2 trillion.

On a broader scale, yes, there's a risk that a few institutions will continue a significant portion of BTC down the track, but definitely not yet.
