With Gary Gensler still at the helm of the US SEC, coupled with a bunch of crypto-hating politicians (particularly Democrats), the US will most likely continue to experience an exodus of talent from this sector.

The US Government and many of its citizens only have themselves to blame for losing the lead in this space vs other nations; the same applies to the EU, UK, Australia and other places for squandering early opportunities, unlike El Salvador.
