With over 20,000 digital assets reportedly out there (according to CoinMarketCap), I would say the vast majority of these are BS.
However, I still believe there will be 20-25 of these that will maintain a strong presence, and provide value to people in future.
This value could be for ultra-cheap, secure and reliable international money transfers; digital store-of-value; executing smart contracts safely without a middleman; decentralised data feeds, etc.
I understand your sceptism, though I still think it is wise for people to allocate a tiny percentage of their net worth, whatever they can genuinely afford, into a few cryptos that has estabished a solid presence, offer good utility across multiple sectors, and have an extensive and professional development team behind them.
Just my thoughts, not financial advice.
